Nothing but great things to say about the Kar Shop. Super thorough and communicated throughout the process for both cars I had worked on. They went above and beyond. They even researched my cars CarFax to make sure there was no gaps in maintenance after we bought it. I really liked the notes specifically done by the technician saying what was wrong and how they fixed it. Will be back for sure.

I do not want to leave a bad review, but don't feel like I had the friendliest service and therefore don't feel like I can leave a high rating either. Michael was extremely friendly and very helpful, I especially appreciate the rescheduling and accommodating he and Amy did for me due to my work schedule. I was given a coupon as an nwacc student for The Kar Shop from Ms. Gina. I have never serviced my Honda anywhere else other than Honda's dealership and Ms. Gina recommended this shop. I was a little hesitant, but had been wanting to give the shop a try. While sitting in the lobby I overheard Ms. Amy comment on the coupon I brought in (and had mentioned it to Michael over the phone) & seemed a little upset about it. While sitting I realized I had forgotten my wallet in the car and was planning on getting lunch with my family while I waited for the oil change. I asked if I could possibly get my wallet and her response was a little snappy while Mr. Micahel responded very kindly and mentioned the car could certainly be lowered if I needed my wallet. Great experience with The Kar Shop. They took excellent care of my 300ZX, kept me informed throughout the process, and helped diagnose several issues I had not known about. I appreciated that they worked with me to prioritize repairs within my budget. Professional, honest, and easy to recommend.

Five stars, 10 out of 10. I foolishly didn’t listen to my family‘s advice and went to three other shops before using The Kar Shop. The other shops broke things, let cats sleep in my car, and drained my battery. When I finally decided to use The Kar Shop, I called them and they had me drop my car off immediately. Within a few hours, they had an estimate sent via text that was streamlined for the repairs and my approval. I was able to select the necessary repairs, as well as approve/deny recommended routine maintenance. They communicated every step of the way, treated me with respect, and were extremely professional. The repairs were done in the expected timeline and my car drives perfectly. They even have a $70 referral bonus. I highly recommend Michael, Amy, and The Kar Shop for all your vehicle repairs. My sister recommended the Kar Shop to me and having an exorbitant amount of money that a car dealership wanted to charge me I took it over there to the car shop and was pleasantly surprised it was going to cost me about 40% less. I could get a couple other things done that I needed. They kept in touch with me told me where my car was going in sent me a price for the estimate. Wonderful place wonderful people I recommend the Kar Shop highly!
